Suzy Morrison has been a prominent Real Estate Broker in Clark County for over 19 years and in the top 5%. Suzy has been GRI, CRE and SRES (senior’s real estate specialist) certified. She has received awards for being the Top 1% agent and Top 5% and when starting in this industry was awarded Rookie of the Year. From the beginning it was and is apparent that her heart for Real Estate and strong entrepreneur spirit is a driving force that cannot be altered. It is who she is at her core. Suzy takes a lot of pride in the relationships that she has made in the area and seeks to make a difference in the lives of those around her. Dedication, integrity, and trust are very important traits to Suzy and she is diligent about those traits being part of her everyday life. Suzy likes to be different and set herself apart from the traditional characteristics of a “sales” person. She believes that giving you information, so you can make informed decisions is vital rather than typical sales scripts, pushiness or close tactics. Suzy is a well respected broker among her peers, and although funny, with the biggest heart, is a fierce negotiator for her clients. Suzy has two boys, Grant, 26 and Blake, 23. They are the light of her life! Her partner in life Lyle Stratton is an active Commercial Real Estate Broker licensed in WA, OR, & TX as well as he has a Commercial construction consulting business. They love Harley rides and travel is a must!
